| A new start. |

I figured I would start my year off fresh with a new journal, and a new attitude.
A lot has happened in the past year that I would like to remember, but also things that I would like to forget. I'm tired of writing like I have to please someone, or like I need to write for an "audience." It's weird because sometimes when I write things I think to myself "Wait, I can't say that I might offend ___" It shouldn't be like that, since this is a place for me to write my feelings, my ideas and my thoughts. So if anyone decides while reading this new journal of mine, that they don't like what I say, it's as simple as not reading it.
